1. Who we are

Masaniello (“Masaniello,” “we,” “us”) operates masaniello.bet. For any question about these terms, contact info@masaniello.bet.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account or use Masaniello. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. What Masaniello is

Masaniello is a free staking calculator. It calculates stake sizes for a betting cycle you define, based on the numbers you enter, and updates as you record results. Masaniello is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets, does not hold or move funds on your behalf, and has no affiliation with any bookmaker you may choose to bet with independently.

4. No liability for betting outcomes

Masaniello provides a calculation tool only. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the outcome of any bet you place, any bookmaker’s odds, payouts, account actions, or terms. Using Masaniello does not guarantee any result. Any betting you do based on figures from this tool is your own decision and at your own risk.

5. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at info@masaniello.bet if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, is used fraudulently, or is used to abuse or attack the service. You may delete your own account at any time from account settings; see our Privacy Policy for what deletion means for your data.

7. No guarantees on availability or pricing

Masaniello is provided free of charge. We don’t promise it will remain free forever, remain available without interruption, or be free of bugs, but we don’t currently charge for it, and any future change to that would be communicated, not silently introduced.

8. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Masaniello after a change means you accept the update.
